Well the start of wintertime is always a stressful time. We never know when it will stop and what the weather will bring us. As a company we offer snow removal but it only employs very few people. We love it when we are blessed with a few weeks of sunshine that helps melt the snow and gives us an opportunity to create a beautiful landscape. As an employer, it breaks my heart to have to let my guys go because of weather.
